The journey home begins when you are welcomed by our Staff at registration. From there you’ll discovery your home away from home for the next few days, be it a bottom bunk in our cozy little rustic cabins or your personal tent decked out like only Pagan’s can. From there you can leaf through your event booklet, review the schedule, meet your new neighbors, mingle in with friends, shop with the vendors for goodies and must haves.
Dinner is our first meal together, even if you did not purchase the meal plan, the Staff would like to welcome you to a warm meal to fill your belly, some laughs to fill your soul and important information about the magical weekend you are now embarking on. See our Activities page for a brief over view of the weekend.
Speaking of food, we are offering a few options for our meal plan, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and carnivorous. Our tasty menu will be posted a few months before the event. Our meal plan consists of dinner on Thursday; breakfast, lunch, dinner on Friday; breakfast lunch, dinner on Saturday; and a late breakfast on Sunday. You are welcome to bring your own foods and drinks if you have special dietary needs (please see our HG Policies page on cooking at the camp), but do please join us under the dinning tent, where much merriment and important event information is discussed at each meal.
Also Harvest Gathering will continue our Lil’ Harvesters programs during lunch breaks. This is an opportunity for families with children to have activities gear toward parents and guardians working with their little ones. Please review our HG Policies page for more information about children at Harvest Gathering.
Pre-registration is required for Harvest Gathering because we do have a cap of 200 people total. PayPal is the current payment method.
Registration should open December 7th at 7pm EST.
